This large contemporary home stressed the use of minimal exterior finishes. These renders assisted in designing the massing of the home and how to use specific materials to create a sense of balance. The exterior wood material carried through into the interior to create a sense of cohesion.
This wedding venue included 3 separate building connected together with landscaping and paved walkways. These 3D models and renders assisted the client in visualizing the finished spaces as well as helping to determine what areas to include as glass. A strong sense of transparency was crucial in order to appreciate its serene setting.
Renders on this project were critical in the finishing of the space. The client was able to visualize whether the materials that were chosen were well balanced alongside the fabrics that were being considered.
The elevator lobby of this condominium is a key feature and because of that, it much needed a refreshing. These renders helped the client visualize all finishes being considered along with furniture and the custom tile inlay.

These models were completed in order for the client to visualize how the unique architectural features would look once completed. The client wanted a Spanish style home on the beach, their home was like none other in that area.
These few renders were completed in order to understand how the materials selection impacted the overall feel of the space. Multiple materials were considered, but a crisp and contemporary subway tile and marble were selected.

This project used 3D models and renders in order to understand how the proposed canopy would affect the facade elevation. These views helped in determining what finish color worked best for the existing condition of the home and what translucency the glass would most compliment the architecture.
These 3D models and renders were completed as schematic designs for a showroom. Full sized stone slabs were presented as art pieces and in doing so, were framed to be viewed as an art gallery within the context of the industrialized warehouse setting.
These renders were part of my thesis project which sought to reinterpret the Pittsburgh Rowhouse. The rowhouse was typically seen as a dark and uninviting dwelling. The proposed design modernized and lifted the heft above the ground plane allowing a vast pedestrian space to be available along with an adjacent public park.
